The extensive range of dyeing and finishing facilities mean that many
possible process variations can be tried. Computer match prediction is
used to give customers a quick response in matching new shades. Many machines
have fully automated computer control to achieve consistent repeatability
in bulk.
Batch sizes from 500 to 4000 metres are processed. The finished fabric
can be tested to a wide variety of performance specifications in the well
equipped, accredited laboratory. The Company delivers on the M62 corridor
3 times per week using it's own transport whilst further afield is by
tried and tested local carriers.
